Exquisite truffle juice in pearls, obtained by direct extraction of the truffle during cooking. First in the world: created in 2010, Tendences et Innovation Award at the Sial in Paris. It is a product that symbolises Tartuflanghe’s continuous research and innovation.

Ideal for enriching hot and cold dishes. Excellent on finger food, sushi, sashimi, salmon, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes, fillets, meat and fish carpaccio and tartare, eggs, foie gras.

Can be stored at room temperature until opened. We recommend 1 teaspoon per portion. With 200g of product >60 servings.
