Tasting Notes

Rich in polyphenols extracted from sea water, the nose reveals
the freshness of marine breeze and jasmine. On the palate, it
offers a complex balance of herbaceous bitterness and the
sweetness of citrus fruits, with a hint of gentian. The finish is
slightly sweet, with hints of licorice and aromatic herbs,
balanced by the refreshing balsamic touch of mint. It presents a
low sugar residue.
